Abstract
Bugungi globallashuv sharoitida tarixiy obidalarni rekonstruksiya qilish masalasi faqat arxitektura yoki qurilish sohasi bilan cheklanmaydi. U madaniy siyosat, hududiy iqtisodiyot, turizm infratuzilmasi, ekologik barqarorlik, shaharsozlik va ijtimoiy boshqaruv bilan uzviy bog‘liq kompleks loyiha sifatida qaraladi. Tarixiy obida har qanday mamlakat uchun milliy xotira va madaniy identitetning moddiy ifodasidir. Shu bois uni rekonstruksiya qilishda oddiy ta’mirlash yondashuvi yetarli bo‘lmaydi; loyiha tarixiy qatlamlarni ilmiy o‘rganish, konstruktiv holatni baholash, avtentiklikni saqlash, mahalliy aholi manfaatlarini hisobga olish va obyektni kelajak avlodlarga yetkazish vazifalarini birlashtirishi zarur.
