Abstrak

This article examines the impact of globalization on the higher education system using the examples of Japan and Uzbekistan. The study explores Japan's strategies aimed at increasing international competitiveness and the ongoing processes of educational modernization in Uzbekistan. Through the analysis of academic mobility, digitalization, and the implementation of the "University 3.0" model, scientifically grounded recommendations tailored to the context of Uzbekistan were developed. The research draws upon the scientific conclusions of Professor B. K. Umarov regarding human capital and digital transformation.
