Ushbu maqolada o‘quvchilarning og‘zaki nutq ko‘nikmalarini baholash konstruktlarining tarixiy taraqqiyoti va zamonaviy rivojlanish bosqichlari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, Prussiya va Angliya maktablarida og‘zaki nutqni baholash mezonlarining shakllanishi, kommunikativ yondashuv ta’sirida yuzaga kelgan o‘zgarishlar hamda holistik va analitik baholash usullarining afzallik va kamchiliklari yoritilgan.
