Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bolalar ovqatlanishida funksional oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining ahamiyati, ularning tarkibi, organizmga foydali ta’siri hamda sog‘lom avlodni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, bolalar mahsulotlari texnologiyasida qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy innovatsiyalar va funksional mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarish istiqbollari tahlil qilingan.
