Аннотация

So'nggi yillarda nanobiotexnologiyalar asosida yaratilayotgan dori vositalarida biologik faol moddalarning miqdoriy tarkibini aniqlash farmatsevtik nazoratning muhim bosqichlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, o'simlik ekstraktlari va metall nanozarrachalari asosida yaratilgan dori shakllari murakkab tarkibga ega bo'lganligi sababli, ularning sifatini baholashda yuqori aniqlikka ega instrumental usullardan foydalanish zarur. Ushbu tadqiqotda Scutellaria Iscanderi quruq ekstrakti va rux oksidi (ZnO) nanozarrachalari asosida yaratilgan gel tarkibidagi asosiy flavonoidlar – apigenin hamda kversetinning miqdori yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YUSSX) usulida aniqlandi.
