INFLUENCE OF NUTRITIONAL HYGIENE DISORDERS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF NERVOUS DISEASES

The article examines the influence of nutritional hygiene disorders on the state of the human nervous system. An analysis of modern scientific literature devoted to the role of vitamin deficiencies, unbalanced nutrition, and irregular dietary habits in the development of nervous system diseases was carried out. The mechanisms of development of polyneuropathy, encephalopathy, and depressive disorders were considered. The importance of rational nutrition in the prevention of neurological disorders was demonstrated
