Abstract

Genetic diseases are among the most pressing problems of modern medicine, as they have long-term and often irreversible effects on human health [1]. Worldwide, millions of people suffer from various hereditary diseases, and most of them are diagnosed at late stages [2]. This significantly limits treatment opportunities and imposes a substantial economic and social burden on healthcare systems [3]. Therefore, the early detection and prevention of genetic diseases are considered priority directions in modern medicine [4]. Traditional diagnostic methods, including laboratory examinations and genetic screenings, are effective to a certain extent; however, they have limited capabilities in identifying complex and multifactorial genetic alterations [5]. In particular, these methods are not sufficiently efficient in situations where rapid and accurate analysis of large-scale genomic data is required [6]. As a result, diseases are often diagnosed only after clinical symptoms begin to appear [7]. In recent years, the rapid development of digital technologies, especially the emergence of artificial intelligence and quantum computers, has created new opportunities in the field of medicine [8].
