Abstrak

Genetik kasalliklar zamonaviy tibbiyotning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib, ular inson salomatligiga uzoq muddatli va ko‘pincha qaytarilmas ta’sir ko‘rsatadi [1]. Jahon miqyosida millionlab odamlar turli xil irsiy kasalliklardan aziyat chekmoqda va ularning aksariyati kech bosqichda aniqlanadi [2]. Bu esa davolash imkoniyatlarini cheklaydi hamda sog‘liqni saqlash tizimiga katta iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy yuk keltirib chiqaradi [3]. Shu sababli genetik kasalliklarni erta aniqlash va oldini olish zamonaviy tibbiyotning ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi [4]. An’anaviy diagnostika usullari, jumladan laboratoriya tekshiruvlari va genetik skrininglar, ma’lum darajada samarali bo‘lsa-da, murakkab va ko‘p faktorli genetik o‘zgarishlarni aniqlashda cheklangan imkoniyatlarga ega [5]. Ayniqsa, katta hajmdagi genomik ma’lumotlarni tezkor va aniq tahlil qilish zarurati mavjud bo‘lgan holatlarda ushbu usullar yetarli darajada samarali emas [6]. Natijada kasalliklar ko‘pincha klinik belgilar paydo bo‘lgandan keyingina aniqlanadi [7]. So‘nggi yillarda raqamli texnologiyalarning jadal rivojlanishi, xususan sun’iy intellekt va kvant kompyuterlarning paydo bo‘lishi, tibbiyot sohasida yangi imkoniyatlarni ochib bermoqda [8].
