Аннотация

Ushbu tadqiqot qin mikrobiotasining ayollar bepushtligi rivojlanishi va yordamchi reproduktiv texnologiyalar (EKO/IVF) samaradorligiga ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Oxirgi 10 yillikdagi ilmiy ma’lumotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Lactobacillus turlarining (ayniqsa, L. crispatus) kamayishi va dispioz holatlari mahalliy yallig‘lanish sitokinlari (IL-1β, TNF-α) darajasini oshirib, endometrial retseptivlikni pasaytiradi. Aniqlanishicha, dispiozli ayollarda EKO protokollaridan keyingi homiladorlik ko‘rsatkichi normotsenozga nisbatan 1,5–2 baravar past bo‘lib, erta muddatdagi yo‘qotishlar xavfi yuqori. Tadqiqot xulosasiga ko‘ra, EKOdan avval mikrobiotani molekulyar-genetik (PZR, 16S rRNA) usullarda skrining qilish va aniqlangan buzilishlarni probiotiklar yordamida korreksiya qilish reproduktiv natijalarni yaxshilashda muhim diagnostik va terapevtik ahamiyatga ega
