This article analyzes the current problems of using digital technologies (information and communication technologies, mobile applications, online platforms) in teaching English in primary school. The article identifies the main obstacles, such as the lack of teachers' digital competence, difficulties in controlling young learners' screen time, and the imbalance of technical infrastructure. Practical recommendations for solving these problems are proposed, including a blended learning model, the use of adapted mobile applications, and programs for improving teachers' digital literacy.References
