Mazkur maqolada o‘smir sportchilarda chidamlilik sifatini rivojlantirishda jismoniy yuklamalarni ilmiy asosda me’yorlashning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida yosh sportchilarning organizmiga mos keluvchi yuklama hajmi va intensivligini belgilash, mashg‘ulotlar samaradorligini oshirish hamda ortiqcha zo‘riqishning oldini olish masalalari tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, jismoniy yuklamalarni individual xususiyatlarni hisobga olgan holda me’yorlash sportchilarning umumiy va maxsus chidamliligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. Shuningdek, mashg‘ulot jarayonida yurak urish chastotasi, tiklanish tezligi va funksional holat ko‘rsatkichlaridan foydalanish yuqori samaradorlikni ta’minlaydi.References
