Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada BIM texnologiyasi va sun’iy intellekt algoritmlarini integratsiya qilish asosida binolarning energiya iste’molini prognozlash hamda optimallashtirishning konseptual modeli ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqotda BIMning geometriya, konstruktiv elementlar, materiallar va muhandislik tizimlari haqidagi axborotlari IoT/BMS sensorlari, ob-havo ma’lumotlari, foydalanish grafigi va energetik tariflar bilan yagona ma’lumotlar qatlamida birlashtiriladi. Model O‘zbekiston sharoitida yangi, rekonstruksiya qilinayotgan va ekspluatatsiyadagi turar-joy hamda jamoat binolari uchun energiya auditini raqamlashtirish, energiya samaradorlik bo‘yicha qaror qabul qilish va “yashil” standartlarga mos loyihalash jarayonini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
