Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qurg‘oqchilikka chidamli o‘simlik navlarini biotexnologik usullar yordamida yaratishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. O‘zbekiston iqlim sharoitida suv tanqisligi muammosi dolzarb bo‘lib, biotexnologiya orqali genetik modifikatsiya, marker yordamida tanlash (MAS) va in vitro hujayra seleksiyasi usullari yordamida chidamli navlar yaratish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Eksperimental tadqiqotlar doirasida qurg‘oqchilik stressi sharoitida o‘simlik hujayralarining osmoregulyatsiya va antioksidant himoya tizimlari o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, prolin aminokislotasi hamda MDA (malondialdegid) miqdorining o‘zgarish dinamikasi tahlil etilgan. Olingan natijalar qurg‘oqchilikka bardoshli genotiplarni erta bosqichlarda skrening qilishda muhim molekulyar-biokimyoviy marker bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
