Abstract

Mazkur tezisda qurilish materiallari sanoatida marketing boshqaruvining zamonaviy yondashuvlari va korxonalarning raqobat ustunliklarini shakllantirish imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. Marketing strategiyalarining korxona raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinib, marketing samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tizimlashtirilgan. Xalqaro tajriba asosida raqamli marketing, CRM tizimlari, ekologik marketing va logistika boshqaruvining zamonaviy yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida marketing boshqaruvini takomillashtirish va korxonalarning bozor mavqeini mustahkamlashga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
