Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining chiqindilarni boshqarish sohasidagi bugungi strategiyasi va infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilishda xalqaro investitsiyalarning o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida mamlakat ekologiya sektoriga jalb etilgan so‘nggi yirik xorijiy kapitallar va xalqaro moliya institutlarining loyihalari o‘rganilgan. Maqolada jadvallardan foydalanmagan holda, qattiq maishiy chiqindilarni qayta ishlash, "Waste-to-Energy" (Chiqindidan energiya olish) konsepsiyasi hamda issiqxona gazlari emissiyasini kamaytirish ko‘rsatkichlari dinamik tahlil etilgan, ushbu ish doirasida sohadagi institutsional va ekologik muammolar muhokama qilinib, kelgusi istiqbollar uchun ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar berilgan.
