MURAKKAB LOYIHALARDA MANFAATDOR TOMONLARNI BOSHQARISH: MUAMMOLAR VA YECHIMLAR
Abstrak
Zamonaviy global loyihalar ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy, texnologik va siyosiy omillar kesishmasida shakllanmoqda. Ular murakkab struktura, ko‘p qatlamli manfaatdor tomonlar va tez o‘zgaruvchan tashqi muhit bilan xarakterlanadi. Bunday loyihalarda manfaatdor tomonlarni (stakeholderlarni) boshqarish nafaqat loyiha muvaffaqiyati uchun, balki uning ijtimoiy maqbulligi va uzoq muddatli barqarorligi uchun ham hal qiluvchi omil hisoblanadi. Murakkab loyihalarda manfaatdor tomonlar sonining ko‘pligi, ularning manfaatlarining o‘zaro zidligi va qaror qabul qilishdagi ta’siri ushbu boshqaruv sohasini yanada muhimlashtirmoqda.
