Mazkur tadqiqotda ekstremal ekologik sharoitlarda o‘sadigan o‘simliklar rizosferasidan ajratib olingan bakteriyalarning biologik va fiziologik xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Xususan, ajratilgan bakteriya shtammlarining antibiotiklarga chidamliligi, yuqori darajadagi sho‘rlanish sharoitlariga moslashuvchanligi hamda fitopatogen zamburug‘larga qarshi antagonistik faolligi baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ekstremal sharoitga moslashgan rizosfera bakteriyalari ko‘p funksiyali himoya mexanizmlariga ega bo‘lib, ular nafaqat stress omillariga chidamli, balki o‘simliklarni kasalliklardan himoya qilishda ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu bakteriyalar qishloq xo‘jaligida bioo‘g‘it va biopreparat sifatida qo‘llash uchun istiqbolli hisoblanadi..
