It is not necessary to be a selected director or general manager to be a leader. A leader or leader is a person who wants others to follow his trends and ideas. Leadership can be achieved temporarily, but what separates a true leader is his unwavering commitment to the next steps forward. So, what should be done to be a leader among friends and in society in general, at work?
