Metabolik sindrom (MS) — markaziy semirish, insulinorezistentlik, aterogen dislipidemiya va arterial gipertenziyani birlashtiruvchi murakkab patofiziologik holat bo‘lib, dunyo aholisining sezilarli qismida uchraydi va 2-tipdagi qandli diabet hamda yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari rivojlanishining asosiy xavf omili hisoblanadi. So‘nggi yillardagi amalga oshirilgan tadqiqotlar surunkali past darajali "steril" yallig'lanish — metaflammatsiya (metabolik yallig'lanish) — MS patogenezining tayanch bo‘g‘ini ekanligini izchil tasdiqlab bermoqda. Bu jarayon yog‘ to‘qimasi disfunksiyasi, makrofag polarizatsiyasining proinflammator M1 fenotipiga siljishi, NLRP3-inflammasoma tizimining faollashuvi, Treg/Th17 muvozanatining izdan chiqishi hamda ichak mikrobiotasi disbiozi kabi bir-biri bilan chambarchas bog‘liq patogenetik halqalar zanjiri orqali amalga oshadi. Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhida MSning immun-yallig'lanish patogenezi zamonaviy nuqtai nazardan yoritildi hamda ushbu mexanizmlarga qaratilgan innovatsion terapevtik yondashuvlar — hayot tarzini o‘zgartirish, metformin, statinlar, GLP-1 retseptor agonistlari, SGLT2 ingibitorlari, sitokinlarga qaratilgan maqsadli biologik preparatlar va bariatrik jarrohlik tahlil qilindi. Olingan xulosalar amaliy klinisistlar uchun metabolik sindromga patogenetik jihatdan asoslangan, individuallashtirilgan va multidisiplinar davolash strategiyasini shakllantirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
