Abstrak

Radioterapiya zamonaviy onkologik davolashning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri bo‘lib, saraton hujayralarini ionlashtiruvchi nurlanish yordamida yo‘q qilishga qaratilgan. So‘nggi yillarda radioterapiyaning samaradorligini oshirish va nojo‘ya ta’sirlarini kamaytirishga qaratilgan innovatsion texnologiyalar jadal rivojlanmoqda. Zamonaviy radioterapiya usullari o‘simtani aniq nishonga olish, sog‘lom to‘qimalarni maksimal darajada asrash va bemorlarning hayot sifatini yaxshilash imkonini bermoqda. Tadqiqotlarga ko‘ra, yangi radioterapiya texnologiyalari bemorlarning umumiy yashash davomiyligini oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynamoqda. Xususan, proton terapiyasi va IMRT kabi usullar nurlanishni boshqarish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirib, davolash jarayonini yanada samarali qiladi. Radioterapiyaning turlari orasida tashqi nurlantirish, braxiterapiya, proton terapiyasi va adaptiv radioterapiya alohida o‘rin tutadi. Har bir usulning o‘ziga xos afzalliklari va klinik natijalari mavjud. Shu bilan birga, radioterapiyaning nojo‘ya ta’sirlarini kamaytirish bo‘yicha yangi strategiyalar ishlab chiqilmoqda. FLASH radioterapiya texnologiyasi kabi ilg‘or yondashuvlar sog‘lom to‘qimalarni kamroq shikastlantirish imkonini beradi. Kelajakda sun’iy intellekt va personalizatsiyalangan radioterapiya yondashuvlari bu sohaning yanada rivojlanishiga zamin yaratishi kutilmoqda.
