Hypertension during pregnancy is a common condition that can lead to serious complications for both the mother and the fetus. This condition includes chronic hypertension, gestational hypertension, and preeclampsia. Optimal treatment should aim to maintain maternal cardiovascular stability while ensuring fetal safety. This article analyzes clinical and pharmacological approaches to the management of hypertension during pregnancy, as well as the most effective and safe medications (labetalol, methyldopa, nifedipine). The results of the study show that these drugs effectively reduce blood pressure while maintaining the safety of both mother and fetus. In addition, the importance of developing individualized treatment plans and conducting continuous maternal-fetal monitoring is emphasized.Загрузки
