Cardiovascular diseases are one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Timely diagnosis of cardiovascular pathologies plays a key role in preventing complications and improving treatment outcomes. This study examines the diagnostic significance of modern laboratory parameters in various diseases of the cardiovascular system. The role of cardiac biomarkers, lipid profile, and markers of inflammation and coagulation in identifying pathological changes in the myocardium and blood vessels has been analyzed. It has been shown that a comprehensive evaluation of laboratory data allows for determining the extent of cardiovascular system damage, assessing the risk of complications, and monitoring the effectiveness of ongoing therapy. Laboratory diagnostics remains a crucial step in establishing an accurate diagnosis and selecting treatment strategies for patients
