The article examines modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis in children, including classification, methods for determining disease activity, standardized assessment scales, and modern pharmacological and non-drug-specific treatment methods. Special attention was paid to the importance of early and aggressive treatment, as well as the role of biological drugs. A comparative table of treatment methods is presented, showing the advantages, disadvantages, and indications for use.
