Diagnosis of the genesis of vertigo is currently one of the most difficult tasks of medicine due to the large number of pathologies with this syndrome that are diverse in genesis. The article presents a review of the literature of recent years on the prevalence, etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of vestibulopathies of central and peripheral genesis.
