Annotatsiya
O‘tkir mezenterial ishemiya (OMI) ichakning qon bilan ta’minlanishi to‘satdan buzilishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan og‘ir hayot uchun xavfli holatdir. Ishemik jarayonning rivojlanishi ichak devorining nekroziga, peritonitga, sepsisga, ko‘p a’zolarning yetishmovchiligiga va o‘limga olib kelishi mumkin. Kompyuter tomografiyasi diagnostikasi, endovaskulyar texnologiyalar va intensiv terapiya usullari takomillashib borayotganiga qaramay, OMI yuqori o‘lim darajasi bilan kechadigan kasallik bo‘lib qolmoqda. Kasallikning asosiy shakllari arterial emboliya, arterial tromboz, okklyuzion bo‘lmagan mezenterial ishemiya va mezenterial venoz tromboz hisoblanadi.
