ОСТРАЯ МЕЗЕНТЕРИАЛЬНАЯ ИШЕМИЯ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ЛЕЧЕНИЮ — СИСТЕМАТИЧЕСКИЙ ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация
Острая мезентериальная ишемия (ОМИ) представляет собой тяжелое жизнеугрожающее состояние, возникающее вследствие внезапного нарушения кровоснабжения кишечника. Прогрессирование ишемического процесса может приводить к некрозу кишечной стенки, перитониту, сепсису, полиорганной недостаточности и летальному исходу. Несмотря на совершенствование методов компьютерно-томографической диагностики, эндоваскулярных технологий и интенсивной терапии, ОМИ остается заболеванием с высокой летальностью. Основными формами заболевания являются артериальная эмболия, артериальный тромбоз, неокклюзионная мезентериальная ишемия и мезентериальный венозный тромбоз.
