Mazkur maqolada xalqaro standartlar va ilgʻor xorijiy davlatlar qonunchilik tizimlarida fuqarolik jamiyati va davlat oʻrtasidagi ijtimoiy sheriklik munosabatlarining huquqiy va institutsional xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Unda ijtimoiy sheriklikning demokratik boshqaruvdagi oʻrni, fuqarolik jamiyati institutlarining qaror qabul qilish jarayonidagi ishtiroki hamda ularning moliyaviy va tashkiliy barqarorligini taʼminlash mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, Germaniya, Avstriya, Estoniya kabi davlatlar tajribasi asosida ijtimoiy sheriklikning samarali modellari va zamonaviy tendensiyalari koʻrib chiqilib, ushbu sohada milliy qonunchilikni takomillashtirishga doir ilmiy-amaliy xulosalar shakllantirilgan.
