Abstrak

Ushbu adabiyotlar tahlilida sil (tuberkulyoz) kasalligining zamonaviy epidemiologiyasi, etiologiyasi, diagnostikasi, davolash va profilaktika usullari so‘nggi yillardagi ilmiy manbalar asosida o‘rganildi. Tuberkulyoz dunyo bo‘yicha eng muhim yuqumli kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, asosan Mycobacterium tuberculosis bakteriyasi tomonidan chaqiriladi. Kasallik nafas yo‘llari orqali yuqib, o‘pka hamda boshqa organlarni zararlashi mumkin. Hozirgi kunda sil kasalligini aniqlashda molekulyar testlar, rentgenologik tekshiruvlar va bakteriologik usullar keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Davolash jarayonida esa uzoq muddatli kombinatsiyalangan antituberkulyoz preparatlar qo‘llaniladi. Shuningdek, BCG vaksinasi kasallikning og‘ir shakllarini oldini olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
