Аннотация
Ushbu ilmiy maqola Islom Hamkorlik Tashkiloti (IHT) ning xalqaro huquqiy tabiati, institutsional tuzilishi va O’zbekiston Respublikasining ushbu tashkilot doirasidagi huquqiy majburiyatlarini kompleks ravishda tadqiq etadi. Maqolada IHT Nizomining O’zbekiston milliy qonunchiligiga nisbati, xalqaro shartnomalar ustunligi tamoyilining amaliy tatbiqi, hamda ko’p tomonlama shartnomaviy majburiyatlarni nazorat qilish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot xalqaro huquq, qiyosiy konstitutsion huquq va tashkilot huquqi metodologiyalariga asoslanadi.
