Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada zamonaviy nanomeditsina va farmatsevtik biotexnologiyaning eng murakkab fundamental muammolaridan biri — dori tashuvchi liposomal nano-tizimlar va vaksinalarning muzlash hamda erish sikllari davomida yuzaga keladigan termodinamik va strukturaviy o'zgarishlari tadqiq etilgan. Liposomal dori shakllarining past haroratlarda saqlanishi va transport qilinishi jarayonida lipid bishlamining suyuq kristal holatidan qattiq gel holatiga o'tishi (fazaviy o'tish fenomeni) hamda muz kristallari ta'sirida dori qobig'ining yorilib ketishi (leakage) muammosini hal qilish uchun yangi kompyuterli va eksperimental modellashtirish metodologiyasi ishlab chiqilgan. An'anaviy sinov-xato usullarining vaqt va reaktivlar sarfi bo'yicha cheklovlari ko'rib chiqilib, muqobil ravishda yuqori aniqlikdagi differensial skanerlovchi nano-kalorimetriya (nDSC) hamda atom darajasidagi Molekulyar dinamika (MD) simulyatsiyalarining integratsiyalashgan gibrid tizimi qo'llanilgan.
