Mazkur maqolada tarbiyachilarning implantli bolalar bilan ishlash kompetensiyasining pedagogik va psixologik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy inklyuziv ta’lim sharoitida koxlear implantli bolalarning muvaffaqiyatli rivojlanishi va ijtimoiy integratsiyasi ko‘p jihatdan tarbiyachilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligi, maxsus pedagogik bilimlari va amaliy kompetensiyalariga bog‘liqdir. Tadqiqotda tarbiyachilarning implantli bolalar bilan ishlashga oid bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalari, kommunikativ kompetentligi, inklyuziv pedagogik yondashuvlarni qo‘llash tajribasi hamda kasbiy refleksiyasi o‘rganildi. Ilmiy manbalarni nazariy tahlil qilish, pedagogik kuzatish, anketa-so‘rovnoma, ekspert baholash va monitoring metodlari asosida olib borilgan tadqiqot natijalari implantli bolalar bilan ishlashda maxsus kompetensiyalar tizimini rivojlantirish zarurligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, surdopedagogik bilimlar, individual yondashuv, oila bilan hamkorlik va kommunikativ qo‘llab-quvvatlash kompetensiyalarining pedagogik faoliyat samaradorligiga ta’siri asoslandi
