Abstract

Surunkali glomerulonefrit (SGN) oqibatida terminal buyrak yetishmovchiligi rivojlanishining asosiy determinanti tubulointerstitsial fibroz (TIF) hisoblanadi. Buyrak biopsiyasi TIFni aniqlashda "oltin standart" bo‘lsa-da, uning invazivligi va takroriy qo‘llash imkoniyati cheklanganligi sababli, amaliyotda buyrak gistoarxitektonikasidagi sklerotik o‘zgarishlarni aks ettiruvchi noinvaziv va sezgir biomarkerlarni izlash dolzarb masala bo‘lib qolmoqda.
