Chronic purulent rhinosinusitis (CPRS) is one of the most prevalent upper respiratory tract diseases, with a significant impact on patients, particularly when combined with metabolic disorders such as obesity. Obesity, as part of metabolic syndrome (MS), exacerbates the clinical course of CPRS by promoting systemic inflammation and immune dysfunction. This study aims to analyze the clinical, immunological, and biochemical features of CPRS in patients with and without metabolic syndrome.Downloads
