Abstrak

Tezisda yallig'lanish o'choqlarida giperekspressiyalangan reaktiv oksigen shakllariga (ROS) sezgir polimer nano-zarralari asosida dori vositalarini maqsadli yetkazish o'rganilgan. Oksidlanish muhitida borat efiri bog'larining parchalanishi va dori ajralish kinetikasi baholangan. Optimallashtirilgan model dorining sog'lom to'qimalarda barqaror saqlanishini va yallig'lanish o'chog'ida tezkor ajralishini ta'minladi.
