Аннотация

Mazkur tezisda qishloq xo‘jaligi mahsulotlarini yetishtirish, saqlash va qayta ishlash jarayonlarida ozon texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Ozonning kuchli oksidlovchi xususiyati urug‘lik materiallarini zararsizlantirish, sug‘orish va gidroponik tizimlardagi suv sifatini yaxshilash, mahsulotlarni saqlashda mikroorganizmlar va ombor zararkunandalarini nazorat qilish, mikotoksinlar miqdorini kamaytirish hamda meva-sabzavot mahsulotlarining saqlanuvchanligini oshirish imkonini beradi. Ilmiy manbalar tahlili ozon samaradorligi uning konsentratsiyasi, ta’sir davomiyligi, mahsulot turi, namligi, harorati va ishlov berish usuliga bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatdi.
