Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada bosh miya travmalarini (BMT) erta bosqichda aniqlashda magnit-rezonans tomografiya (MRT) usulining tutgan oʻrni va uning diagnostik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida MRTning yumshoq toʻqimalarni vizuallashtirishdagi ustunligi, ayniqsa, an’anaviy kompyuter tomografiyasi (KT) bilan qiyosiy jihatlari yoritilgan. Maqolaning asosiy qismida MRTning maxsus rejimlari — SWI, DWI va DTI texnologiyalarining difuz aksonal shikastlanishlar, miya shishi va mikrogematomalarni aniqlashdagi yuqori sezgirligi ilmiy asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, erta diagnostika natijalarining bemor hayotini saqlab qolish, nevrologik asoratlarning oldini olish va reabilitatsiya jarayonini samarali tashkil etishdagi prognostik ahamiyati koʻrsatib oʻtilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari MRTni BMT diagnostikasining "oltin standarti" sifatida qoʻllash bemorlarning kelgusi hayot sifatini yaxshilashda hal qiluvchi omil ekanligini isbotlaydi.
