Аннотация
Dental implantatsiya klinik stomatologiyaning jadal rivojlanayotgan sohasidir. Implant atrofidagi biologik kenglik (biological width) – sulkulyar epiteliydan marjinal suyak qirrasigacha bo'lgan masofa – uning buzilishi periimplantit, suyak reabsorbsiyasi va milklar retsessiyasiga olib keladi. Retromolyar autotransplantat – pastki jag' retromolyar hududidan olingan fibroz-epitelyal to'qima – biologik muvofiqlik va yuqori vaskularizatsiya tufayli yumshoq to'qimani tiklashda istiqbolli donor material hisoblanadi. Biroq uning biologik kenglikni tiklashdagi spetsifik samaradorligi yetarli o'rganilmagan. Tadqiqot maqsadi: retromolyar autotransplantatning implant atrofidagi biologik kenglikni tiklashdagi klinik samaradorligini prospektiv randomizatsiyalashgan sinov asosida baholash.
