Abstract

The article examines the pedagogical significance of didactic games in preschool education and their impact on improving learning effectiveness. Didactic games are considered one of the most effective innovative teaching methods that facilitate children's cognitive, emotional, and social development. The study analyzes the educational, developmental, and motivational functions of didactic games, as well as the stages of their implementation in educational activities. Special attention is paid to the development of children's independent thinking, creativity, communication skills, mathematical concepts, and learning motivation through game-based activities. The findings indicate that the systematic use of didactic games contributes significantly to the formation of key competencies and enhances the overall quality of preschool education.
