The article examines the problems of legal support for digital banking services in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to the regulatory framework for online payments, remote banking services, digital signatures, electronic contracts and personal data protection. The article notes that Uzbekistan has already formed the basic legal conditions for the development of digital banking. However, the further expansion of mobile banking, internet banking and fintech services requires the improvement of certain legal mechanisms. The main problems include remote customer identification, the distribution of responsibility in disputed and fraudulent transactions, cybersecurity, personal data protection and the transparency of electronic contracts. The article concludes that further development of legal regulation is necessary to increase public and business confidence in digital banking services.References
