Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada laboratoriya sharoitida insulin rezistenligi (IR) modellashtirilgan hayvonlarda kuzatiladigan asosiy fiziologik mexanizmlar batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Skelet mushaklari, jigar, yog‘ to‘qimasi, pankreas, gipotalamus-gipofizar-adrenal tizim hamda immun-endokrin tizimidagi o‘zgarishlarning IR rivojlanishidagi patofiziologik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi va ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida yoritiladi.
