Annotatsiya
The article offers a systematic typology of linguistic affiliation as it is manifested in communicative interaction. Ethnic-national, regional-dialectal, social-stratificational, professional, generational, gender-related and situational-role types of affiliation are characterized through their specific linguistic markers. The study analyzes the communicative functions associated with each type and shows how multiple affiliations coexist and interact in the speech of a single individual.
