Paxtani havo oqimidan ajratish jarayonida qo‘llaniladigan separatorlar ish samaradorligi, ularning konstruktiv xususiyatlari va mavjud kamchiliklari har tomonlama tahlil qilingan. SS-15A va SX rusumli separatorlarda paxta oqimining vakuum-klapan ishchi uzunligi bo‘yicha notekis taqsimlanishi, buning natijasida chigitning mexanik shikastlanishi, tolaning uzilishi hamda yo‘qotilish holatlari yuzaga kelishi asoslab berilgan. Paxtaning tabiiy xususiyatlarini saqlab qolish va texnologik jarayon samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida separator konstruktsiyasini takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari ishlab chiqilgan. Jumladan, ajratish kamerasi kirish qismiga o‘rnatilgan maxsus yo‘naltirgich moslama yordamida paxta oqimining tezligini kamaytirish va uni vakuum-klapan bo‘yicha teng taqsimlash imkoniyati yaratilgan. Taklif etilgan echim paxtaning orqa devorga to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri urilishini oldini olib, chigit shikastlanishini kamaytiradi hamda tola sifatini saqlashga xizmat qiladi.
