Аннотация

Tezisda achchiq dorilar ta'mini og'izda niqoblash (taste-masking) uchun Eudragit E-100 polimeri asosida mikrokapsulalash texnologiyasi o'rganilgan. Optimallashtirilgan model dorining og'izda (pH 6.8) erimasligini va oshqozonda (pH 1.2) 5 daqiqada to'liq ajralishini ta'minladi.
