Аннотация

Gidronefroz siydik chiqarish yo‘llarining obstruksiyasi natijasida rivojlanadigan va buyrak jom-kosacha tizimining kengayishi bilan kechadigan patologik holat hisoblanadi. Kasallik rivojlanishi davomida buyrak parenximasida ishemik, distrofik va sklerotik o‘zgarishlar yuzaga keladi. Buyrakning yukstaglomerulyar apparati (YuGA) renin–angiotenzin–aldosteron tizimini boshqaruvchi asosiy regulyator tuzilma bo‘lib, arterial bosim, glomerulyar filtratsiya va suv-elektrolit muvozanatini saqlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Biroq gidronefroz sharoitida YuGAda yuz beradigan morfofunksional o‘zgarishlar yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan.
