This article examines the importance of psychological support in the process of students’ career self-awareness and analyzes the role of school psychologists in career guidance activities. The study involved 94 students from grades 11-A, 11-B, and 11-G of Secondary School No. 39 in Syrdarya district. Holland’s vocational personality theory and Klimov’s career classification methodology were applied to assess students’ vocational interests. The findings indicate that psychological diagnostics and individual counseling significantly contribute to students’ career self-determination. Based on the research results, a three-stage career guidance model was proposed.References
