This article investigates the optimization of the main working components of STB shuttleless weaving machines used at the "NT HOLDING HOME TEXTILE" enterprise. The aim of the study is to reduce the wear rate of machine components, extend their service life, and decrease the number of technical downtimes in production. During the research, the main mechanisms of the weaving machine were analyzed, particularly the dynamic loads acting on the weft insertion and beat-up mechanisms. As a result of the study, by modifying the geometric parameters of the components and the material composition, the friction coefficient was reduced by 15–20%. This, in turn, made it possible to increase the overall productivity of the enterprise by 12%. The recommendations presented in the article can be applied in textile enterprises to reduce maintenance costs and improve product quality. The obtained results were validated through mathematical modeling and laboratory testing.References
