This article covers the Jadid movement and the activities of its major figures. In particular, the contribution of Mahmudkhodja Behbudiy, Abdulla Avloniy, Munavvarqori Abdurashidkhanov, Abdurauf Fitrat, and Chulpan to the development of national revival, education, press, and culture is analyzed. It also discusses the ideas of the Jadids that served the development of society, along with calling the people to science and enlightenment, forming national consciousness. The article aims to reveal the historical significance of the Jadid movement.References
