This thesis analyzes the role of the Agile model in the modern management system, its strategic capabilities and its importance in increasing the efficiency of the organization's activities. The Agile model is emerging as an important management tool in today's digital economy to increase the flexibility of organizations, make quick decisions and develop innovative activities. The study scientifically substantiates the increase in labor productivity, project management quality and competitiveness as a result of the introduction of the Agile approach in enterprises.References
