Abstract

Ushbu maqolada organik kimyoda biofaol moddalar sintezi muammosining zamonaviy holati va tibbiyot amaliyoti uchun ahamiyati tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot maqsadi dori nomzodlari sifatida ko‘riladigan gibrid tuzilmalarni yaratishda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy sintetik strategiyalarni, ularning mexanistik asoslarini hamda laboratoriya sharoitida takrorlanadigan metodologik protokollarni asoslashdan iborat. Metodologiya sifatida retrosintetik tahlil, reaktsiya mexanizmlarini baholash, tuzilma-faollik bog‘liqligi yondashuvi, shuningdek, “yashil kimyo” mezonlari bo‘yicha jarayonlarni optimallashtirish qabul qilindi. Ilmiy yangilik sifatida farmakofor fragmentlarni bir molekulada birlashtirish, selektiv funksionallash, regio va stereokimyoviy boshqaruv hamda sintetik bosqichlar sonini kamaytirish orqali hosildorlikni oshirish konsepsiyasi asoslab beriladi. Amaliy jihatdan maqolada reaksion sharoit tanlovi, katalizator, erituvchi va tozalash usullarining biofaollikni saqlashga ta’siri ko‘rsatib beriladi.
