Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha yoshdagi 5–6 yoshli bolalarning harakat faolligini oshirishda maxsus jismoniy mashqlarning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda bolalarning jismoniy rivojlanish xususiyatlari hamda ularning harakat faolligini oshirishga qaratilgan mashqlar tizimi tahlil qilinadi. Maxsus mashqlar asosida tashkil etilgan mashg‘ulotlar bolalarning koordinatsiya, tezkorlik va chaqqonlik qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishda muhim omil ekanligi ko‘rsatib berilgan.
